高职艺术设计教育与工匠精神培养研究

Higher Vocational Art Design Education and Craftsman Spirit Training Research

摘要: 在社会快速发展背景下，现代技术进一步创新并广泛应用，使得各行业对高技能、高技术等综合现代化人才需求明显提升。就高职艺术设计教学而言，相较而言，学生基础功底较为薄弱，其学习挫折感较为明显，尤其在学习过程中缺乏精益求精精神与态度，对其专业学习水平的提升存在明显不利影响。本文首先对工匠精神基本内涵简要阐述，同时探讨其与高职艺术设计教育培养融合的作用与价值，依据其存在问题提出相应的培养策略，以期为相关人员提供参考。

Abstract: Under the background of rapid social development, modern technology is further innovated and widely used, which makes the demand for high-skilled, high-tech and other comprehensive modern talents increase obviously. As far as art design teaching in higher vocational colleges is concerned, students’ basic skills are relatively weak, their learning frustration is obvious, especially in the learning process, they lack the spirit and attitude of striving for excellence, there are obvious adverse effects on the promotion of their professional learning level. Firstly, this paper briefly expounds the basic connotation of Craftsman spirit, and discusses the function and value of the combination of craftsman spirit and art design education in higher vocational colleges, with a view to providing reference for relevant personnel.
