“三教改革”推进高职中药学专业人才培养质量——以云南医药健康职业学院为例
Advancing the Quality of Talent Cultivation in Chinese Materia Medica Specialty through the “Three-Teaching Reform”—A Case Study of Yunnan Medical and Health Vocational College
摘要: 伴随着国家经济结构的优化和转型,中医药产业迎来快速发展和市场需求的不断增长。同时,高职中药学专业人才培养面临着新的挑战和机遇。为了提升高职中药学专业的人才培养质量,适应中医药产业的快速发展,本文围绕“三教”改革(即教师、教材、教法改革)在高职中药学专业人才培养质量提升中的重要作用展开探索。针对当前高职中药学专业人才培养面临的教师队伍建设滞后、教材建设不足、教学方法单一和教学改革不足等问题,提出通过落实深化“三教”改革,构建高素质双师型教师队伍,开发符合产业发展趋势和适应地方特色的教材和教学资源,以及创新教学方法和模式等来提升学生的职业素养和实践能力,为高职中药学专业建设的持续发展和人才培养质量提供有益参考。
Abstract:
With the optimization and transformation of the national economic structure, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry has witnessed rapid development and growing market demand, posing new challenges and opportunities for the cultivation of professional talents in higher vocational Chinese medicinal education. In order to enhance the quality of talent cultivation in this field and adapt to the rapid development of the TCM industry, this paper focuses on the pivotal role of the “three-teaching” reform (namely, the reform of teachers, teaching materials, and teaching methods) in improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational Chinese medicinal education. In response to the current issues faced in talent cultivation, including lags in teacher team development, insufficient teaching material construction, monotony in teaching methods, and inadequacies in teaching reform, this paper proposes to implement and deepen the “three-teaching” reform, build a high-quality double-qualified teacher team, develop teaching materials and resources that align with the trend of industrial development, and innovate teaching methods and models to enhance students’ professional literacy and practical abilities. This provides a valuable reference for the sustainable development of higher vocational Chinese medicinal education programs and the improvement of talent cultivation quality.
