摘要: 头部脓肿性穿掘性毛囊周围炎是一种少见的头顶部慢性化脓性皮肤病，治疗非常困难，经常复发。以头皮波动性结节、结节间相互连接的窦道和瘢痕性脱发为主要特点。早期、及时的诊断和治疗有利于控制病情，阻止疾病进展。该例患者采用口服抗生素及注射阿达木单抗，联合皮损内注射药物和氦氖激光照射治疗，疗效显著。
Abstract: Perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens is a rare chronic suppurative skin disease on the top of the head, which is very difficult to treat and often relapses. It is characterized by fluctuating scalp nodules, interconnecting sinuses and cicatricial alopecia. Early and timely diagnosis and treatment can help control the disease and prevent its progression. The patient was treated with oral antibiotics and adalimumab injection, combined with intradermal injection and He-ne laser irradiation. The curative effect was significant.
