Research on the Construction of Public Training Centers for Legal Practice Majors

摘要: 按照教育部发布的《职业教育专业简介》(2022年修订)公安与司法大类中，特别强调了法律实务类专业的应用型人才培养目标定位。在法律实务类专业建设公共实训中心有助于促进提升学生在校期间的应用型技能训练。本文从法律实务类专业建设公共实训中心的必要性与可行性进行分析，探究建设实训中心的目标与内容，研究公共实训中心的建设对法律实务类专业人才培养的价值与意义。

Abstract: According to the “Introduction to Vocational Education Majors” (revised in 2022) issued by the Ministry of Education, the public security and judicial categories particularly emphasize the goal of cultivating applied talents in legal practice majors. The construction of public training centers in legal practice majors will help promote and improve students’ applied skills training during their school years. This article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of building public training centers for legal practice majors, explores the goals and contents of building training centers, and studies the value and significance of the construction of public training centers for legal practice majors.
