生殖医患会话中身份建构的人际语用研究

An Interpersonal Pragmatic Study of Identity Construction in Doctor-Patient Conversation of Reproduction

摘要: 本研究以生殖医患会话为语料，从人际语用学的角度探讨会话交际中的身份建构特点。研究发现：医患会话中零称谓语现象超过半数以上，医生和患者在沟通初始就直接进入正题，构建专业的信息提供者和接收者的关系；为了达到追根溯源的目的，患者有时候会对医生的结论表达异议，寻求与医生建立平等合作的关系；医患通过各自的叙事手段达到交际的目的，共同完成人际关系的构建和维护。

Abstract: In this study, the characteristics of identity construction in conversational communication are discussed from the perspective of interpersonal pragmatics. The results show that in more than half of the doctor-patient conversations they do not address each other. Doctors and patients directly enter into the topic to build the relationship between professional information providers and receivers. In order to achieve discursive aim, patients sometimes express objections to the doctor’s conclusion and seek to establish an equal and cooperative relationship with the doctor. Doctors and patients achieve the purpose of communication through their narrative strategies, and complete the construction and maintenance of interpersonal relationship together.
