重庆市文化旅游类特色小镇建设与康养产业的融合发展研究

Research on the Integration of Cultural Tourism Town Construction and Recreation Industry in Chongqing

摘要: 特色小镇的发展与建设有利于促进经济发展与产业融合，随着“健康中国”战略深入推进，将康养产业与旅游业相结合实现跨界融合也将成为未来新的发展方向。但目前特色小镇与康养产业融合发展处于初步探索阶段。基于此，本文通过阐述文旅类特色小镇建设与康养产业融合发展的作用机理，进一步分析重庆市文旅类特色小镇建设与康养产业融合发展现况，发现两者融合发展过程中存在小镇功能同质化现象严重、康养产业功能辐射性有限、康养专业人才要素不足、总体建设理念亟待提高等问题，进而从产业融合发展环境、产业融合发展新模式、产业融合发展动力、产业融合要素保障力度四个方面提出推动重庆市文化旅游类特色小镇建设与康养产业融合发展的政策建议。

Abstract: The development and construction of the special town is conducive to promoting the integration of economic development industries, and with the in-depth promotion of the “Health China” strategy, the cross-border integration of the recreation industry and tourism will also become a new development direction in the future. However, at present, the fusion development of characteristic town and recreation industry is in the preliminary exploration stage. Based on this, this paper further analyzes the current situation of the integration of cultural and tourism town construction and recreation industry in Chongqing by elaborating the mechanism of the integration of cultural and tourism town construction and recreation industry, and finds that there are problems such as serious homogenization of town functions, limited radiation of recreation industry functions, insufficient elements of recreation professionals, and the overall construction concept needs to be improved in the process of their integration development. The policy suggestions for promoting the integrated development of cultural tourism town construction and recreation industry in Chongqing are proposed in five aspects: industry integration development environment, new mode of industry integration development, industry integration development momentum, industry integration factor guarantee strength, and industry integration guidance and support policy.
