基于DEMATEL模型的三级公立医院护理效率影响因素分析及对策研究

摘要: 目的：分析影响护理效率的关键因素并提出合理化建议，为医院管理者提升医疗卫生系统效率提供参考依据。方法：利用决策试验和评价试验法(DEMATEL)模型分析护理效率影响因素之间的相互作用关系。结果：不同职称护士占比、每住院病人24 h平均护理时数、平均住院天数、护理不良事件发生率、学历提升毕业人数等9个要素是影响三级公立医院护理效率的关键影响因素。结论：护理服务效率是多种因素共同作用产生的结果，提高护理效率要从合理配置人力资源，提高护理安全质量、保障人才学习与成长机会等方面入手，以便为患者提供更高质量、更高效的护理服务，推动医疗事业的健康发展。
Abstract: Objective: To analyze the key factors affecting nursing efficiency and put forward rationalization suggestions to provide a reference basis for hospital administrators to improve the efficiency of the health care system. Methods: The interaction relationship between factors affecting nursing efficiency was analyzed using the Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) model. Results: Nine elements, including the percentage of nurses with different titles, the average number of nursing hours per inpatient 24 h, the average number of days of hospitalization, the incidence of nursing adverse events, and the number of graduates with upgraded education, were the key influencing factors of nursing efficiency in tertiary public hospitals. Conclusion: Nursing service efficiency is the result of a variety of factors, and to improve nursing efficiency, we should start with the rational allocation of human resources, improve the quality of nursing safety, and safeguard the learning and growth opportunities of talents, in order to provide patients with higher-quality and more efficient nursing services, and to promote the healthy development of medical care.
