肺癌化疗后发生肺部感染的研究进展

摘要: 肺癌作为世界上发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤之一,至今仍然威胁着人类的生命健康。化疗作为肺癌最基础也是最重要的治疗方式,长期化疗会给患者机体抵抗力带来一定影响,增加其各种感染发生的可能性,尤其是肺部感染,影响患者治疗依从性以及预后,长期肺部感染可能会诱发脓毒症、呼吸衰竭甚至直接导致患者死亡。本文通过对肺癌患者化疗后发生肺部感染的发生机制、病原菌分布、耐药性、危险因素及预防策略进行阐述,进一步加强对于肺癌化疗后发生肺部感染的认识。
Abstract: Lung cancer, one of the most prevalent and deadly malignant tumors in the world, continues to threaten human life and health to this day. Chemotherapy is the most basic and important treatment method for lung cancer, but long-term chemotherapy can have an impact on the patient’s resistance, increasing the likelihood of various infections, especially pneumonia, affecting the patient’s adherence to treatment and prognosis. Long-term pneumonia may induce sepsis, respiratory failure, or even directly lead to the patient’s death. This article expounds on the mechanism of occurrence, distribution of pathogenic bacteria, drug resistance, risk factors, and prevention strategies of pneumonia in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy, in order to further enhance understanding of pneumonia in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy.
