Professor Weiping Cheng Briefs on the Characteristics of Stroke Treatment in Acupuncture Gathered Classics

摘要: 《针灸聚英》是由明代医家高武汇集各家之说编纂而成的针灸全书，书中对于中风的相关诊治有着详细的记载。文章通过分析该书中治疗中风的选穴、治法，结合程为平教授对中风的理解，从而探究高氏的学术思想，整理该病的治疗思路。《针灸聚英》重视调和气血，在中风的治疗上针灸并用，使用“疏风凿窍”与“通经接气”法平和气血，通行经络；善用巨刺缪刺抓住疾病的本质；把握整体的同时，重视细节，分部治疗，穴位选择精准，具有一定的临床参考价值。

Abstract: Acupuncture Gathered Classics is a comprehensive book on acupuncture compiled by Ming dynasty doctor Wu Gao, who collected and organized various theories on acupuncture. The book contains detailed records on the diagnosis and treatment of stroke. This article analyzes the selection of acupuncture points and treatment methods for stroke described in the book, combined with Professor Weiping Cheng’s understanding of stroke, to explore the academic thoughts of Wu Gao and organize the treatment ideas for this condition. Acupuncture Gathered Classics emphasizes the harmonization of qi and blood. In the treatment of stroke, it combines acupuncture with moxibustion, applies the methods of “dispelling wind and opening apertures” and “unblocking meridians and connecting qi” to regulate qi and blood and unblock the meridians. It also makes good use of contralateral acupuncture and oblique acupuncture to grasp the essence of the disease. While considering the overall picture, it also pays attention to details, adopting partial treatment with precise selection of acupuncture points and providing certain clinical reference value.
