基于扎根理论高职护理生职业认知的性别差异研究
Research on Gender Differences in Vocational Cognition of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Grounded Theory

摘要: 目的:探讨护生职业认知,帮助高职护理教育进行职业规划教育,提升培养质量。方法:通过在校护生和刚毕业护士进行开放式问卷调查、半结构访谈收集关于护士职业价值、职业性质、职业发展的看法以及自身职业生涯规划等护理职业认知材料,采用NVIVO.11进行开放式编码、主轴编码、选择性编码以及性别矩阵分析。结果:高职护理生职业认知包括社会因素、个人因素和职业因素,女性更多关注职业特点,而男生更多关注性别优劣;男护士认为护士没有发展前途,女护士认为护士太过牺牲自我。结论:护理职业教育中要重视职业价值观培养,增强职业情感;弱化社会传统观念,避免角色冲突。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the vocational cognition of nursing students, to help vocational nursing education carry out career planning education, and to improve the training quality. Methods: An open questionnaire survey and a semi-structured interview were conducted among nursing students and newly graduated nurses to collect their views on the value, nature and development of the nursing profession as well as their own career planning. Open coding, spindle coding, selective coding and gender matrix analysis were carried out by NVIVO.11. Results: The vocational cognition of higher vocational nursing students included social factors, personal factors and occupational factors. Women paid more attention to occupational characteristics, while boys paid more attention to gender advantages and disadvantages. Male nurses believe that nursing offers no prospects for advancement, while female nurses feel that the profession demands too much self-sacrifice. Conclusion: Nursing vocational education should pay attention to the cultivation of professional values and enhance professional emotion; weaken traditional social concepts and avoid role conflicts.
