针刺治疗慢性偏头痛的研究进展

摘要: 慢性偏头痛(Chronic Migraine, CM)是一种严重的神经系统疾病，它给患者的生活品质带来了巨大的负面效应。利用针刺可以有效地处理并治愈慢性偏头痛相关的症状，针刺治疗慢性偏头痛已被证实疗效确切并且具有很好的预防功能。本篇报告旨在整理关于慢性偏头痛的研究资料，包括流行病学、病理生理学、发病机制以及中西医治疗相关方面的内容，以便更好地作出诊断并确定治疗方法；此外，还总结了针刺疗法对于缓解慢性偏头痛的临床应用情况，得出的结论显示，针刺效果明显，持续时间长，而且几乎没有不良反应。因此，针刺疗法值得进一步探讨并在实践中广泛应用。
Abstract: Chronic Migraine (CM) is a serious neurological disorder that has a significant negative effect on the quality of life of patients. Symptoms associated with chronic migraine can be effectively managed and cured with the use of acupuncture, and acupuncture for chronic migraine has been shown to be efficacious and have a good preventive function. The purpose of this report is to organize research data on chronic migraine, including epidemiology, pathophysiology, pathogenesis, and relevant aspects of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, in order to better diagnose and determine treatment methods; in addition, it also summarizes the clinical application of acupuncture therapy for the alleviation of chronic migraine, and the conclusions reached show that the effect of acupuncture is obvious, long-lasting, and has few adverse effects. Therefore, acupuncture therapy deserves to be further explored and widely applied in practice.
