甘姜苓术汤治疗寒湿腰痛的临床研究进展

摘要: 腰痛是临床常见的一种疾病，它的发病率越来越高，并且呈现年轻化的趋势，腰痛给生活带来很多不便，或辗转反侧，难以入睡，甚至卧床不能行走。甘姜苓术汤作为治疗寒湿腰痛的经典方剂，具有明显疗效，本文对以往甘姜苓术汤治疗寒湿腰痛的文章进行总结，阐述甘姜苓术汤治疗腰痛的临床研究进展。
Abstract: Low back pain is a common clinical disease, its incidence is getting higher and higher, and showing a younger trend. Low back pain brings a lot of inconvenience to life; one may toss and turn, have difficulty falling asleep, or even be bedridden and unable to walk. Ganjianglingzhutang, as a classic prescription for the treatment of cold-damp low back pain, has obvious curative effect. This paper summarizes the previous articles on the treatment of cold-damp low back pain, and expounds the clinical research progress of Ganjianglingzhutang in the treatment of low back pain.
