Abstract: “If National Treasures Can Speak” is a documentary film with national treasure level cultural relics as its theme. Its unique postmodern narrative style and techniques make it stand out among many documentaries. This article analyzes the postmodern narrative characteristics of the documentary in depth, in order to provide new ideas and inspiration for documentary creation, and promote the innovation and development of documentary art.
