摘要: 电子商务成为新时代经济发展背景下常用交易方式，深入人们日常生活与社会发展。一方面，此类交易方式，提高了市场经济水平；另一方面，提高了权益维护效率。尽管如此，电子商务依旧为用户带来一些不便，损害消费者自身权益，这既是电子商务缺陷，也是经济市场的漏洞。对此，有必要从司法角度出发提出针对性解决策略，完善法律法规同时进一步规范电子商务，保障消费者自身权益，为消费者塑造安全放心的线上交易环境。

Abstract: E-commerce has become a common way of trading under the background of economic development in the new era, and has penetrated into People’s Daily life and social development. On the one hand, this kind of transaction method improves the level of market economy; on the other hand, the efficiency of safeguarding rights and interests has been improved. Based on this, this paper discusses how to protect the rights and interests of consumers through laws under the background of e-commerce. First, summarizing the core of consumer rights protection. Secondly, determining the main content of rights and interests protection. Finally, by strengthening the supervision of e-commerce and creating a safe trading environment, the level of rights protection was improved to ensure the legitimacy of e-commerce transactions.
