电商经济背景下网络支付存在的法律风险及防范对策
Legal Risks and Countermeasures of Online Payment in the Context of E-Commerce Economy
摘要: 在电子商务的迅猛发展下，网络支付已经成为我国主流支付方式之一。但是由于网络支付缺少相关法律的制约，所以在交易的许多环节中还存在较多的法律风险。本文从网络支付的各个交易环节着手，探究在电商经济背景下网络支付在各个交易环节中所存在的风险，根据网络支付有关经验和理论，探索能合理、有效的避免网络支付存在的风险的相关对策，搭建一个相对安全稳定的网络支付环境。
Abstract:
Under the rapid development of e-commerce, online payment has become one of the mainstream payment methods in China. However, due to the lack of relevant legal restrictions on online payment, there are still many legal risks in the links of transactions. This paper starts from each transaction link of network payment, exploring the risks of online payment in various transaction links under the background of e-commerce economy; according to the relevant experience and theory of online payment, it explores reasonable and effective countermeasures to avoid the risks of online payment, building a relatively safe and stable online payment environment.
