老龄化背景下“银发电商”发展前景与路径
Prospects and Paths for the Development of “E-Commerce for Silver Hair” in the Context of Aging
摘要: 人口既是经济增长的红利,也是社会共同的负债。中国正面临人口老龄化和数字化的双重挑战,政府制定了积极的老龄化应对策略。截至2022年末,全国60周岁及以上老年人口2.8亿,占总人口的19.8%,进入中度老龄化,给劳动力、社会保障和公共服务带来巨大压力,需要制度、文化和科技的综合解决。然而,老龄化也为消费经济和服务创新提供了动力。本文将从电子商务和老龄化的发展状况,探究了银发电商的挑战机遇与前景优势,为我国银发电子商务的发展提出了自己的想法与建议,以促进银发经济的崛起。
Abstract:
Population is both a dividend for economic growth and a common liability for society. China is facing the dual challenges of population aging and digitization, and the Government has formulated an active strategy to cope with aging. By the end of 2022, the country will have 280 million people aged 60 and above, accounting for 19.8 percent of the total population, and will enter moderate aging, putting enormous pressure on the labor force, social security, and public services, and requiring comprehensive institutional, cultural, and technological solutions. However, aging also provides impetus for consumer economy and service innovation. This paper will explore the challenging opportunities and prospective advantages of e-commerce for silver hair from the development status of e-commerce and aging, and put forward its ideas and suggestions for the development of silver e-commerce in China to promote the rise of silver economy.
