父母心理控制与初中生自尊的关系：孤独感的中介作用

The Relationship between Parental Psychological Control and Self-Esteem of Junior High School Students: The Mediating Effect of Loneliness

摘要: 目的：本研究是将孤独感作为中介变量引入父母心理控制与初中生自尊之间进行研究探讨。方法：本研究采用方便取样的方法，选取怀化市两中学初一至初三共524名初中生，通过填写《自尊量表(SES)》《孤独感量表(CLS)》和《父母心理控制量表》进行调查。结果：1) 初中生父母心理控制的整体水平中等偏高，自尊与孤独感整体水平中等偏低。2) 初中生父母心理控制与自尊呈现负相关(r = −0.537, p < 0.001)；3) 初中生父母心理控制与孤独感呈现正相关(r = 0.138, p < 0.001)；4) 初中生自尊与孤独感呈现负相关(r = −0.584, p < 0.001)；5) 孤独感的中介效应显著。结论：1) 初中生父母心理控制的水平越高，初中生自尊水平越低，初中生孤独感水平越高；2) 初中生孤独感水平越高，初中生自尊水平越低；3) 孤独感在父母心理控制与初中生的自尊之间起部分中介作用。

Abstract: Objective: This study, which adopted loneliness as the variable mediator, aimed to explore the relationship between the self-esteem of junior high school students and the psychological control of their parents. Methods: This study used a convenient sampling method, selecting a total of 524 junior high school students from Siyuan Experimental School in Chenxi County, Huaihua, and Mayangshui county middle school in Lufeng Town, Xupu County, Huaihua, who filled in “Self-Esteem Scale (SES)”, “Children Loneliness Scale (CLS)” and “Parental Psychological Control Scale”. Results: 1) The overall level of parental psychological control of middle school students is moderately high, while the overall level of self-esteem and loneliness is moderately low. 2) According to the research, the level of parental psychological control is negatively correlated with self-esteem (r = −0.537, p < 0.001); 3) According to the research, the level of parental psychological control was positively correlated with a sense of loneliness. (r = 0.138, p < 0.001); 4) There was a negative correlation between parental psychological control and loneliness (r = −0.584, p < 0.001); 5) The mediating effect of loneliness was certainly of the essence. Conclusion: 1) The higher the level of parental psychological control, the lower the level of self-esteem of junior high school students. Besides, their level of loneliness would increase with the raised control level; 2) The higher level of loneliness is accompanied by a lower level of self-esteem; 3) Loneliness played a mediating role in the relationship between parental psychological control and the self-esteem of junior high school students.
