嵌入视角下民族地区社会工作服务站的督导模式研究

Research on the Supervision Model of Social Work Service Stations in Ethnic Areas from an Embedded Perspective

摘要: 我国目前大量社工站存在缺乏专业督导、专业工作人员缺乏、社工站服务专业性不突出等问题，尤其是少数民族地区乡镇社工站缺乏专业督导问题尤为明显。一个优秀、专业的督导可以协助社工站早日发展成为成熟的社工站，更好地为人民群众服务，提高民生保障质量以及加强基层社区治理等方面具有极为重要的作用。因此，乡镇社工站需要专业的督导来指引、帮助社工站更好、更高质量的发展。文章从目前广西乡镇(街道)社工站实际督导类型分析入手，借用嵌入视角作为理论支撑，探索有效、合理的民族地区乡镇(街道)社工站督导模式，希望能从本研究中发现和总结出适合民族地区乡镇社工站专业化发展的督导运行模式，完善督导指导体系，以兹更好地服务困难群体，提高乡镇社工站的服务专业性。

Abstract: At present, a large number of social work stations in our country suffer from problems such as lack of professional supervision, lack of professional staff, and lack of prominent professionalism in social work station services, especially in rural areas with ethnic minorities, where the lack of professional supervision is particularly evident. An excellent and professional supervisor can assist the social work station in developing into a mature social work station as soon as possible, better serving the people, improving the quality of livelihood guarantee, and strengthening grassroots community governance, which plays an extremely important role. Therefore, township social work stations require professional supervision to guide and help them develop better and higher quality. Starting from the analysis of the actual supervision types of social work stations in townships (streets) in Guangxi, this article uses an embedded perspective as theoretical support to explore an effective and reasonable supervision mode for social work stations in ethnic areas. It is hoped that this study can discover and summarize a supervision operation mode suitable for the professional development of social work stations in ethnic areas, improve the supervision and guidance system, and better serve disadvantaged groups, thereby improving the professionalism of social work stations in townships.
