网络直播模式下著作权保护困境与对策探析

摘要: 随着互联网技术的不断发展，网络直播作为一种具有强烈互动性的娱乐形式，广受大众欢迎。网络直播过程中对相关作品的使用虽然拓宽了其传播途径，却也引发了不少与侵犯作品著作权有关的诉讼，这也从法律层面对著作权的保护提出了更高的要求。本文探讨了网络直播模式下著作权保护的困境与对策，分析了网络直播中侵权认定存在的主要问题，并提出了有效的保护措施。

Abstract: With the continuous development of Internet technology, webcast, as a form of entertainment with strong interaction, is widely welcomed by the public. Although the use of relevant works in the process of webcast broadens the way of transmission, it also causes a lot of lawsuits related to copyright infringement of works, which also puts forward higher requirements for copyright protection from the legal level. This paper discusses the dilemma and countermeasures of copyright protection under webcast mode, analyzes the main problems of copyright infringement in webcast, and puts forward effective protection measures.
