主动性人格对思政课教师知识共享的影响机制与优化路径研究

摘要: 知识共享是组织知识管理的核心和关键,是知识能够发挥其价值的社会性途径。本研究运用扎根理论研究法,深入探讨了主动性人格对思政课教师知识共享的影响机制与优化路径。研究发现,主动性人格在思政课教师的知识共享中发挥着重要作用,具有主动性人格的教师更倾向于积极探索、分享和创新知识,从而推动教学团队的整体进步。为了进一步提升思政课教师的教学效果,本研究提出了针对性的优化路径,包括注重选拔与培养具有主动性人格的教师、建立有效的激励机制、构建便捷高效的知识共享平台,以及营造开放和支持性的工作环境,以激发教师的知识共享意愿,促进思政课教学质量的全面提升。
Abstract: Knowledge sharing is the core and key of organizational knowledge management, and it is a social way for knowledge to exert its value. This study uses the grounded theory research method to deeply explore the influence mechanism and optimization path of proactive personality on knowledge sharing of ideological and political course teachers. It is found that proactive personality plays an important role in knowledge sharing of ideological and political teachers, and teachers with proactive personality are more inclined to actively explore, share and innovate knowledge, so as to promote the overall progress of the teaching team. In order to further improve the teaching effect of ideological and political teachers, this study proposes targeted optimization paths, including focusing on the selection and training of teachers with proactive personality, establishing an effective incentive mechanism, constructing a convenient and efficient knowledge sharing platform, and creating an open and supportive working environment. These measures are expected to stimulate teachers’ willingness to share knowledge and promote the overall improvement of ideological and political teaching quality.
