拼多多商业模式创新
Pinduoduo Business Model Innovation
摘要: 国内电商市场的大格局基本稳定时,拼多多凭借商业模式创新,先将目标锁定下沉市场,再改变策略继续进入主流市场,经过几年的发展,成功跻身国内电商巨头行列。拼多多采取低价策略和“社交 + 电商”的模式实现了社交裂变,使用户数量激增。快速发展的同时,拼多多也面临着营销费用过高、利润低、用户信任度下降、商品质量参差不齐和售后服务不完善等问题。针对这些问题,拼多多也应该采取相关对策来保持自身健康持续发展。
Abstract: When the large pattern of the domestic e-commerce market was basically stable, Pinduoduo relied on business model innovation, first targeted the sinking market, and then changed its strategy to continue to enter the mainstream market. After several years of development, it successfully entered the ranks of domestic e-commerce giants. Pinduoduo adopted a low-price strategy and the model of “social + e-commerce” to achieve social fission, and the number of users surged. At the same time of rapid development, Pinduoduo is also facing problems, such as high marketing costs, low profits, declining user trust, uneven quality of goods and imperfect after-sales service. In response to these problems, Pinduoduo should also take relevant countermeasures to maintain its own healthy and sustainable development.
