后喻文化视角下老年群体跨越数字鸿沟的路径研究

A Study on the Path of the Elderly Crossing the Digital Divide from the Perspective of Post-Figurative Culture

摘要: 在老龄化与数字化的双重时代背景交织之下，横亘于年轻一代与老年群体之间的数字鸿沟持续扩大，导致了老年群体在信息获取、资源利用及社会参与等方面的不平等，对家庭关系、代际理解乃至社会发展带来不容忽视的挑战。为缩小和弥合这一鸿沟，本研究首先结合经济、技术、心理、社会文化等多种影响因素，分析了老年群体分别在接入沟、使用沟、知识沟面临的挑战及其成因；其次，阐述了后喻文化的基本概念和理论价值，并在后喻文化视角下，提出了老年群体跨越数字鸿沟的实践路径，包括政府统筹、技术赋能、家庭主导、多元协同；最后，指出当前老年群体融入数字社会的正面案例，同时倡议年轻一代应适当保留传统的服务方式，以尊重并保障这一弱势群体的晚年生活。

Abstract: Under the dual background of population aging and digitalization, the digital gap between the younger generation and the elderly continues to widen, resulting in inequality in information access, resource utilization and social participation of the elderly groups. It brings challenges that cannot be ignored to family relations, intergenerational communication and even social development. In order to narrow and bridge this gap, this study first analyzes the challenges and causes of the access gap, use gap and knowledge gap faced by the elderly by combining many influencing factors such as economy, technology, psychology, social culture and so on. Secondly, it expounds on the basic concept and theoretical value of post-figurative culture, and puts forward the practical path for the elderly to cross the digital divide from the perspective of post-figurative culture, including government’s comprehensive planning, technical capacity building, family-led initiatives, and pluralistic coordination. Finally, it points out the positive cases of the current integration of the elderly into the digital society, and advocates for the younger generation to uphold traditional service methods in order to respect and protect the rights and interests of this vulnerable group in their old age.
