Abstract: Financial sharing center is a more effective mode of financial management in group enterprises, and an important way to achieve standardized and intensive financial management in group enterprises. At present, the rapid development of digitalization has provided a strong help for the financial transformation of enterprises. This paper studies the optimization construction of enterprise financial sharing center, discusses its application background and advantages in group enterprises, and discusses the positive role of optimization construction. At the same time, it also puts forward the difficulties in the application of group enterprise financial sharing center, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
