不同类型的资源构建对双元能力形成的影响研究
The Effect of Different Types of Resource Structure on Ambidextrous Innovation Capabilities

摘要: 动态环境下，企业关注的焦点由静态的资源转移到动态的资源管理。综合双元组织理论、资源管理理论，研究了资源构建与双元能力之间的关系。基于理论分析，提出了有形资源构建可以促进应用能力提高，而与探索能力是倒“U”型关系；无形资源构建可以促进探索能力和应用能力的提高的相关假设。
Abstract: This paper builds a framework of structuring resources and capabilities. The theoretic analysis indi-cates that the relationship between intangible resource bundling and the exploitation (exploration) capabilities is positive, whereas effect of tangible resource bundling on the exploration capabilities is inverted U-shape.
