摘要: “自我”看似是一个简单的概念，但实际上其含义非常复杂。精神分析对自我的研究经历了长期的发展过程，最具代表性的分别是弗洛伊德、自我心理学和拉康的自我观。从“本我–自我–超我”的心理结构到自我防御机制，再到镜像自我，反映了精神分析对自我的认识不断深化的过程。当今青年面对多元价值观的冲击和社会竞争的压力，如何在这样的背景下构建自我，成为了一个值得深思的问题。精神分析对自我的研究，提供了深入理解自我的方式，有助于青年人构建强大的自我，保持心理的平衡与健康。

Abstract: “Ego” seems to be a simple concept, but in fact, its meaning is very complex. The psychoanalytic study of the ego has gone through a long process of development, and the most representative ones are Freud’s ego psychology and Lacan’s view of the ego. From the psychological structure of “Id-Ego-Superego” to the mechanisms of defense and then to the mirror ego, it reflects the deepening process of psychoanalysis’s understanding of the ego. In the face of diverse values and the pressures of social competition, how to construct oneself and become a person of worth has become a profound question for today’s youth. Psychoanalysis provides a profound way of understanding the self, aiding young people in constructing a strong ego and maintaining psychological balance and health.
