火针结合火罐放血治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛验案一则

A Case Study on the Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia with Fire Needle Combined with Cupping Bloodletting

摘要: 带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)是一种由病毒感染导致的皮肤病。病毒侵犯神经，致使神经元细胞受损，疼痛阈值及中枢敏化下降，进而引发神经性疼痛，其疼痛性质较为剧烈，严重影响患者生活。本病多发于老年及久病体虚者，病机主要为本虚标实，固采用火针扶正祛邪，结合火罐放血引邪外出。本文介绍应用火针结合火罐放血治疗PHN的医案一则。

Abstract: Postherpetic neuralgia (PHN) is a skin disease caused by viral infection. Due to virus invasion of nerves, neuronal cells are damaged, pain thresholds and central sensitization decrease, leading to neuropathic pain, which is more severe and seriously affects the patient’s life. This disease is more common in the elderly and those who suffer from prolonged physical deficiency. The main pathogenesis is the deficiency of the original body and the excess of the actual body. Fire acupuncture is used to support the right and eliminate evil, and combined with cupping to release blood and induce evil to go out. This article introduces a medical case of using fire needle combined with cupping for the treatment of PHN.
