摘要: 研究目标：测算2011~2020年中国数字经济发展水平并分析全国各区域各省份数字经济发展的区域差异及演进趋势。研究方法：采用熵值法综合衡量数字经济发展水平，运用Dagum基尼系数、Kernel密度估计、Markov链描述我国数字经济发展的空间分布差异和动态演进。研究发现：中国省级数字经济发展水平有提高态势，全域内部相对差异逐渐缩小，区域间差异是全域内部差异最重要的来源；不同地区之间存在不同的分化态势，不同层级之间流动性较低。研究创新：通过构建数字经济发展综合评价体系，对数字经济发展的区域差异及分布动态演进进行深入分析。研究价值：为评价不同地区数字经济发展水平和推动区域数字经济协调发展提供决策依据。

Abstract: Research Objectives: This paper measures the development level of China’s digital economy from 2011 to 2020 and analyzes the regional differences and evolution trends of digital economy development in various regions and provinces across the country. Research Methods: This paper uses the entropy method to comprehensively measure the development of the digital economy, and uses Dagum Gini coefficient, Kernel density estimation, and Markov chain to describe the spatial distribution differences and dynamic evolution of China’s digital economy development. Research Findings: The development level of China’s provincial-level digital economy is improving, and the relative differences within the entire region are gradually narrowing. Interregional differences are the most important source of differences within the entire region; There are different differentiation trends among different regions, and liquidity is relatively low between different levels. Research Innovations: This paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the regional differences and dynamic evolution of digital economy development by constructing a comprehensive evaluation system for digital economy development. Research Value: This paper provides decision-making basis for evaluating the development level of digital economy in different regions and promoting coordinated development of digital economy.
