基于“有机更新”理论的历史文化街区改造策略研究

Research on the Renovation Strategy of Historical and Cultural Districts Based on the Theory of “Organic Renewal”

摘要: 历史文化街区承载着城市居民生产生活的记忆，见证了城市经济发展的历程，能否做好历史文化街区的保护与更新是城市更新工作的一道难题。研究指出，“有机更新”理论强调在尊重历史、保护文化的基础上，通过渐进式、小规模的更新方式，实现历史文化街区的有机生长和持续发展。在改造过程中，需要重视历史元素和文化符号的保护与利用，同时积极引入现代元素和创新理念，使街区在保持传统风貌的同时焕发新的活力。本文在分析历史文化街区和“有机更新”理论的基础上，以济宁市历史文化街区为例，分析总结其现状保护的问题，探讨历史文化街区改造的有效策略。

Abstract: Historical and cultural blocks carry the memories of urban residents’ production and life, and witness the process of urban economic development. Whether to do a good job in the protection and renewal of historical and cultural blocks is a difficult problem in urban renewal work. Research points out that the theory of “organic renewal” emphasizes the gradual and small-scale renewal of historical and cultural blocks based on respect for history and protection of culture, to achieve organic growth and sustainable development. In the process of transformation, it is necessary to pay attention to the protection and utilization of historical elements and cultural symbols, while actively introducing modern elements and innovative concepts to make the blocks maintain their traditional style while radiating new vitality. Based on the analysis of historical and cultural blocks and the theory of “organic renewal”, this article takes Jining City’s historical and cultural blocks as an example to analyze and summarize the problems of their current protection, and explore effective strategies for the transformation of historical and cultural blocks.
