积极老龄化背景下我国“医养结合”养老模式分析

Analysis of China’s “Combination of Medical Care and Elderly Care” Pension Model under the Background of Active Aging

摘要: 尊老敬老是中华民族的传统美德，爱老助老是全社会的共同责任。积极老龄化是近些年国家大力提倡的，随着我国人口老龄化进程的加快，各种养老模式应运而生，其中“医养结合”养老模式在应对我国人口老龄化问题上发挥重要作用。文章在积极老龄化大背景下，首先对我国“医养结合”养老模式进行分析探讨，分析了当前“医养结合”养老模式面临的发展困境，包括医养结合供需矛盾突出，其中专业医养人才、资金及基础养老设施等方面供需存在不足，同时相关制度建设不健全，受传统养老观念影响等问题。然后寻求突破路径，针对性调节医养结合供需矛盾问题、制定医养结合指导性制度、打破传统养老观念，努力让亿万老年人体验更加完善的养老模式，享受晚年生活。

Abstract: Respecting the elderly is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, and loving and helping the elderly is the common responsibility of the whole society. Active aging has been vigorously advocated by the country in recent years. With the acceleration of the aging process of China’s population, various pension models have emerged, among which the “combination of medical care and elderly care” pension model plays an important role in dealing with the aging of China’s population. In the context of active aging, this paper first analyzes and discusses the “combination of medical care and elderly care” pension model in China, and analyzes the development difficulties faced by the current “combination of medical and elderly care” pension model, including the prominent contradiction between supply and demand of medical and elderly care integration, among which there are insufficient supply and demand of professional medical and elderly care talents, funds and basic elderly care facilities, and at the same time, the construction of relevant systems is not perfect, which is affected by the traditional concept of elderly care. After that, we will seek a breakthrough path, adjust the contradiction between the supply and demand of medical and elderly care, formulate a guiding system for the integration of medical and elderly care, break the traditional concept of elderly care, and strive to let hundreds of millions of elderly people experience a more perfect elderly care model and enjoy their old age.
