探索地方民族文化图书馆的建设路径——以大方县九驿书院为例

Investigating the Development Strategies for Local Ethnic Cultural Libraries—Taking Jiuyi Academy in Dafang County as an Example

摘要: 随着时代的发展和民族文化自信的增强，阅读与民族文化相结合的图书馆建设模式已悄然而至。本研究以大方县九驿书院为例，通过实地调研、文献研究等研究方法，深入了解大方县九驿书院的建设现状与存在问题，分析产生问题的原因。最后，从自力更生拓展资金来源、建立奖励机制育人留人、运用网络新媒体挖掘宣传优势、利用社会志愿服务缓解压力等四个方面入手，提出解决问题的策略，为地方民族文化图书馆的建设提供了一些有益参考。

Abstract: With the development of the times and the enhancement of national cultural confidence, a new model of library construction integrating reading with national culture has quietly emerged. Taking Jiuyi Academy in Dafang County as an example, this study conducts on-site investigations and literature research to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation and existing issues in the construction of Jiuyi Academy, and analyze the causes of these issues. Finally, based on four aspects: self-reliance in expanding funding sources, establishing incentive mechanisms for nurturing and retaining talent, utilizing new media on the internet to explore promotional advantages, and using social volunteer services to alleviate pressure, this study proposes strategies to address these issues, providing valuable insights for the construction of local ethnic cultural libraries.
