干燥综合征中西医发病机制及治疗研究进展

摘要: 干燥综合征(Sjögren’s syndrome, SS)是一种以慢性炎症性损害为特征的自身免疫性疾病，主要影响唾液腺和泪腺功能，在中医学中归属于“燥痹”范畴。干燥综合征确切的病因及发病机制尚不明确，目前尚无根治方法，主要是缓解临床症状。本文就干燥综合征的中西医发病机制及治疗的研究进展综述如下，以期提高对疾病的认识，延缓病情，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract: Sjögren’s syndrome (SS) is an autoimmune disease characterized by chronic inflammatory damage, which mainly affects the function of salivary glands and lacrimal glands, and belongs to the category of “dryness” in traditional Chinese medicine. The exact etiology and pathogenesis of Sjogren’s syndrome are not clear, and there is no radical cure at present, mainly to relieve clinical symptoms. This article reviews the research progress of the pathogenesis and treatment of Sjögren’s syndrome in traditional Chinese and Western medicine, in order to improve the understanding of the disease, delay the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.
