得宝松封闭治疗手慢性湿疹1例附文献复习

Debaosong Block Therapy for Chronic Hand Eczema: A Case Report with Literature Review

摘要: 手部慢性湿疹是一种发生于手部，易反复发作，经久不愈，原因不明的常见难治性皮肤病，目前的治疗主要是控制症状，本文报道1例慢性顽固型手部湿疹患者给予得宝松封闭治疗联合口服消风止痒颗粒，取得满意效果，现报道如下。

Abstract: Chronic eczema of the hands is a common and difficult to treat skin disease that occurs in the hands, is prone to recurrent attacks, persists for a long time, and has unknown causes. The current treatment mainly focuses on controlling symptoms. This article reports a case of a patient with chronic and stubborn hand eczema who was treated with Diphosphamide block therapy combined with oral administration of Xiaofeng Zhiyang granules, and achieved satisfactory results.
