The Influencing Factors of Autonomous Learning in the Blended Online-Offline Teaching Mode
摘要: 本研究旨在深入探讨线上线下混合式教学模式对大学生自主学习影响因素。通过采用定性研究方法和描述性分析，文章突显了现代教育技术支持下混合教学环境中自主学习的重要性及其对学习成效的正面影响。通过广泛的文献回顾，本研究明确了影响自主学习的关键因素，包括教师的信息技术能力、教材选择与学生需求的匹配度、应试教育背景中学生的目标定向性、学生意志力的稳定性，以及对课堂效率的忽略。研究总结了这些因素如何显著地影响学生在混合式教学模式中的学习动机和效率。此外，本研究探讨了如何通过改善教育实践和策略来提升混合教学环境中的教学质量和学习成果。研究结果为教育从业者提供了战略性建议，旨在优化混合教学环境，进而促进学生的自主学习能力和整体学业成就。
Abstract: This study aims to explore the factors affecting autonomous learning among university students within a blended online-offline teaching model. Utilizing qualitative research methods and descriptive analysis, this paper highlights the importance of autonomous learning in a blended teaching environment supported by modern educational technology and its positive impact on learning outcomes. An extensive literature review has identified key factors affecting autonomous learning, including teachers’ information technology skills, the alignment of teaching materials with student needs, students’ goal orientation within an exam-oriented education system, the stability of students’ willpower, and the neglect of classroom efficiency. The study summarizes how these factors significantly influence students’ motivation and efficiency in learning within the blended teaching model. Additionally, the research discusses how to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes in blended teaching environments through improved educational practices and strategies. The findings provide strategic recommendations for educational practitioners aimed at optimizing the blended teaching environment, thereby enhancing students’ autonomous learning capabilities and overall academic achievement.
