社区失能老人家庭照护者的困境分析——以南京X社区为例

An Analysis of the Plight of Family Caregivers of Disabled Elderly People in the Community—A Case Study of X Community in Nanjing

摘要: 我国老龄化进程加快，失能老人的数量也在逐年增加。失能老人作为一种特殊群体，其家庭照护者面临着多重困境。文章以南京X社区为例，通过半结构访谈法，深入剖析了社区失能老人家庭照护者面临的经济、健康、心理、社交及支持等多重困境，其原因可归结为家庭支持不足、政府政策保障不足及社会支持体系的不完善这三个方面。研究强调照护者困境的社会重要性，提出对策建议，旨在提升社会对这一群体的关注与支持，具有理论与实践双重价值。

Abstract: China’s aging process is accelerating, and the number of disabled elderly people is also increasing year by year. As a special group of disabled elderly, their family caregivers are faced with multiple difficulties. Taking X Community in Nanjing as an example, this paper, through the semi-structured interview method, deeply analyzes the multiple difficulties faced by family caregivers of disabled elderly people in the community, such as economy, health, psychology, social and support. The reasons can be attributed to insufficient family support, insufficient government policy guarantee and imperfect social support system. The research emphasizes the social importance of caregivers’ plight and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the social attention and support for this group, which has both theoretical and practical value.
