摘要: 通过查阅国内外研究文献不难看出，国内外专家学者对于PPP项目的风险管理进行了比较深入的研究，分析了风险存在的维度、环节，建立了多种模型对风险进行科学评估，根据风险特征、评估结果提出分担方式和应对建议。随着国内PPP项目数量的快速增长，国内学者对于PPP项目风险管理的研究也在不断深入，并针对目前我国政策和法律存在的短板提出了符合国情的建议。
Abstract: It is not difficult to see from the research literature at home and abroad that domestic and foreign experts and scholars have conducted in-depth research on the risk management of PPP projects, analyzed the dimensions and links of risks, established a variety of models for scientific risk assessment, and proposed sharing methods and coping suggestions according to the risk characteristics and assessment results. With the rapid growth of the number of domestic PPP projects, domestic scholars have been making in-depth research on PPP project risk management, and have put forward some suggestions in view of the shortcomings of China’s policy and law.
