社会工作介入学龄儿童亲子关系疏离问题的研究——以H社区为例

A Study of Social Work Intervention in the Alienation of Parent-Child Relationship among School-Age Children—Taking Community H as an Example

摘要: 在儿童成长的过程中，良好的亲子关系扮演着非常重要的角色。随着家庭的功能变化、家庭成员的沟通不良等因素的影响，儿童与父母之间的亲子关系逐渐疏离，对儿童的成长以及家庭的和睦产生影响。本研究采用小组社会工作方法，聚焦于亲子关系疏离问题并开展研究，针对其亲子关系疏离情况进行了问卷调查，总结出其亲子关系疏离问题与表现，并从家庭成员的互动方式等几个方面分析亲子关系疏离的成因，针对其问题、需求以及现实情况设计了社会工作中的小组工作方法中“恩盖的三阶段模式”介入模式，以便于解决亲子关系疏离问题，促进儿童的健康成长和家庭的和谐发展，提升亲子关系的亲密度。

Abstract: The good parentage plays an important role in the process of children’s growth. With the influence of family function change, poor communication among family members and other factors, the gradual alienation between children and their parents will have an impact on children’s growth and family harmony. During the study, the author has adopted the group social work method and focused on the issue of parent-child relationship alienation and conducting research. At the same time, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on the alienation of parent-child relationships and summarized the manifestations of parent-child relationship sorting and analyzed the reasons for parent-child relationship alienation from several aspects such as the interaction mode of family members. Finally, we choose the “Egan’s three-stage model” in the group work method of social work and design the intervention model according to its problems, needs and reality, so as to solve the problem of parent-child estrangement, promote the healthy growth of children and the harmonious development of families, and finally improve the intimacy of parentage.
