青少年自杀意念现状及影响因素研究进展
Progress of Research on the Current Status of Suicidal Ideation among Adolescents and the Factors Influencing It
摘要: 青春期代表着一个人从童年成长到成年的漫长过程，同时也是个体成长的关键时期。在这个阶段，会出现一系列在生理、认知和社交方面紧密相连的重大变化和进步。青少年的自杀行为问题复杂且严重，是目前社会最为棘手的难题之一。根据国内外的统计数据，绝大部分的青少年抑郁症患者存在自杀倾向，而自杀意念是识别自杀行为的重要指标，可以帮助我们提早发现并预防自杀死亡的发生。研究青少年的自杀意念是预防患者自杀和增强临床医疗人员意识的关键途径之一。因此笔者就青少年自杀意念的概述、现状、测量工具及影响因素等方面进行综述，以期为青少年自杀风险筛查及预防公共卫生措施提供参考。
Abstract: Adolescence represents a long process from childhood to adulthood, and it is also a critical period for individual growth. At this stage, there will be a series of closely related major changes and progress in physiological, cognitive and social aspects. The problem of suicide behavior among teenagers is complex and serious, which is one of the most difficult problems in the current society. According to statistics at home and abroad, the vast majority of adolescents with depression have suicidal tendencies, and suicidal thoughts are an important indicator of identifying suicidal behavior, which can help us detect and prevent suicide deaths early. Study on teenagers’ suicidal ideation is one of the key ways to prevent patients’ suicide and enhance the awareness of clinical medical personnel. Therefore, the author summarizes the overview, current situation, measurement tools and influencing factors of adolescent suicide, in order to provide references for adolescent suicide risk screening and public health prevention measures.
