臂丛神经炎1例及文献复习

摘要: 臂丛神经炎是一种罕见的周围神经系统疾病，本案报道1例臂丛神经炎的病例，患者症状体征为左肩关节疼痛伴活动受限，肩关节主动上抬及外展不能，予药物联合康复治疗后患者左肩疼痛较前缓解，左肩活动度较前改善。同时复习相关文献分析了该病的临床特征、诊断方法以及治疗策略，为临床诊治臂丛神经炎提供一定依据。
Abstract: Brachial plexus neuritis is a rare peripheral nervous system disorder. This report presents a case of brachial plexus neuritis characterized by pain in the left shoulder joint with limited mobility, and the patient was unable to actively elevate and abduct the shoulder. After combined drug and rehabilitation treatment, the patient’s left shoulder pain was alleviated and the range of motion was im-proved. A review of the relevant literature was conducted to analyze the clinical features, diagnostic methods, and treatment strategies of this disease, providing a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of brachial plexus neuritis.
