面向数字人文的地方图书馆项目众包：现实基础、发展困境及未来进路

Crowdsourcing of Local Library Projects for Digital Humanities: Realistic Basis, Development Dilemma and Future Approach

摘要: 建设数字中国，实现中华优秀文化数字化成果普惠化，离不开对公共文化数字化建设的推进。数字人文与众包模式的结合为此提供了新思路。地方图书馆作为数字人文建设的重要主体，需要明确自身优势和面临问题，合理规划数字人文项目众包的发展策略。文章通过文献调研，分析已有的基于公众参与的数字人文项目相关研究，探究地方图书馆数字人文项目进行众包的现实基础、发展困境，在此基础上建议数字人文众包项目的发展应从加大宣传推广力度、挖掘地方特色资源、注重平台整体构建三个方向推进。

Abstract: The construction of a digital China and the realization of the universalization of the digital achievements of Chinese excellent culture are inseparable from the promotion of the digital construction of public culture. The combination of digital humanities and crowdsourcing provides a new way of thinking. As an important subject of digital humanities construction, local libraries need to clarify their own advantages and problems, and reasonably plan the development strategy of crowdsourcing digital humanities projects. Based on literature research, this paper analyzes the existing research on digital humanities projects based on public participation, explores the practical basis and development dilemma of crowdsourcing digital humanities projects in local libraries, and suggests that the development of digital humanities crowdsourcing projects should be promoted from three directions: increasing publicity and promotion, excavating local characteristic resources, and focusing on the overall construction of the platform.
