积极老龄化视域下老年人全面发展的路径研究

摘要: 积极老龄化是一种强调老年人的身心健康，并且保有一定的经济参与能力和社会参与能力的理念和行动指南。尽管老年人生活质量随着经济社会的发展有许多显著的积极变化，仍有许多阻碍老年人全面发展的问题亟待解决。因此，需要以积极老龄化为核心思想，从政策保障、社会环境建设和丰富老年人精神世界三个层面帮助老年人群体更好实现全面发展，进而增强社会整体的发展活力。

Abstract: Active ageing is a concept and a guide to action that emphasizes the physical and mental health of older persons and their ability to retain a certain degree of economic and social participation. Although there have been many significant positive changes in the quality of life of older persons as a result of economic and social development, there are still many problems that hinder the comprehensive development of older persons that need to be addressed. Therefore, it is necessary to take active ageing as the core idea, and to help the older population to better realize comprehensive development at the three levels of policy protection, social environment construction and enrichment of the spiritual world of older persons, thereby enhancing the vitality of the development of society as a whole.
