基于电子商务背景下的绿色物流管理策略研究

摘要: 随着电子商务的快速发展，物流活动对环境的负面影响日益显著。发展绿色物流管理已成为企业和社会关注的重点。本文从发展绿色物流管理的意义与影响、电子商务环境下存在的绿色物流管理问题以及相应的管理策略等方面进行了深入探讨。研究发现，电子商务环境下绿色物流管理存在绿色环保观念缺失、缺乏先进的物流政策管理、绿色物流技术相对落后等问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了对应的绿色物流管理策略。通过实施这些策略，不仅可以减少物流活动对环境的负面影响，还能提高企业的经济效益和社会效益，为实现可持续发展做出重要贡献。

Abstract: With the rapid development of e-commerce, the negative impact of logistics activities on the environment is becoming increasingly significant. The development of green logistics management has become the focus of attention of enterprises and society. This paper discusses the significance and impact of the development of green logistics management, the problems of green logistics management in the e-commerce environment, and the corresponding management strategies. The study finds that there are some problems in green logistics management in the e-commerce environment, such as the lack of green environmental protection concept, the lack of advanced logistics policy management, and the relatively backward green logistics technology. In view of these problems, this paper proposes corresponding green logistics management strategies. By implementing these strategies, we can not only reduce the negative impact of logistics activities on the environment, but also improve the economic and social benefits of the company, making an important contribution to achieving sustainable development.
