农村失能老人长期照护模式探索

Exploration of Long-Term Care Models for Rural Disabled Elderly

摘要: 我国老龄化程度日益加剧，失能老人数量日益增多，失能老人的长期照护服务已成为一种刚性需求。这一需求在农村地区尤为突出，本文对传统的三种失能老人长期照护模式面临的问题进行分析，并在此基础上探索“医养家护智”、“社区嵌入式服务”、医养结合三种新型整合式照护模式，具体从政策支持、资源整合、服务模式创新和社会资本的引入等方面进行论述，以期推动农村失能老年人长期照护服务的系统优化和可持续发展。

Abstract: With the increasing severity of aging in China and the growing number of disabled elderly, long-term care services for disabled seniors have become a rigid demand, particularly in rural areas. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by traditional long-term care models for disabled elderly and explores three innovative integrated care models: the “Medical-Nursing-Family-Intelligence” model, the “Community-Embedded Service” model, and the “Medical-Nursing Integration” model. The discussion focuses on policy support, resource integration, service model innovation, and the introduction of social capital, aiming to promote the systematic optimization and sustainable development of long-term care services for disabled elderly in rural areas.
