新时代大学生网络法治意识提升路径思考

Reflections on the Path to Enhance College Students’ Awareness of the Rule of Law on the Internet in the New Era

摘要: 大学生作为网络的主要使用群体，积极拥抱各种网络新兴技术。提升大学生的网络法治意识，是有序开展网络活动的基础，也是维系健康网络环境的有效方法。新时代网络环境具有信息传播的快速性与广泛性、匿名性与身份多样性、网络技术与发展的迭代等特点。基于此，针对分析提升大学生网络法治意识过程中面临的大学生网络法律意识薄弱、高校网络法治教育覆盖面不广、大学生网络维权能力不强等问题，提出相应的提升路径。通过培养大学生网络自律意识、加强高校网络法治教育的实效性和提升大学生维权能力，提升大学生网络法治意识。

Abstract: College students, as the main user group of the Internet, actively embrace a variety of emerging technologies on the Internet. Enhancing college students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet is the basis for the orderly development of Internet activities and an effective way to maintain a healthy Internet environment. The new era network environment is characterized by the rapidity and extensiveness of information dissemination, anonymity and identity diversity, and the iteration of network technology and development. Based on this, in order to analyze the process of improving college students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet, we propose a corresponding path to improve the weak legal awareness of college students on the Internet, the lack of broad coverage of the Internet rule of law education in colleges and universities, and the lack of college students’ ability to protect their rights on the Internet. By cultivating college students’ awareness of network self-discipline, strengthening the effectiveness of college network rule of law education and enhancing college students’ ability to protect their rights, college students’ awareness of the rule of law on the Internet will be enhanced.
