脐尿管窦感染合并脐尿管结石1例
One Case of Urachal Sinus Infection Combined with Urachal Calculi

摘要: 脐尿管异常在成年人群中并不常见，较难诊断，脐尿管窦病例很少有报道，除非出现并发症，否则通常无症状，最有可能是感染性的。感染脐尿管窦的临床表现为脓性脐分泌物、腹痛和脐周肿块。我们报告了一例成年男性脐尿管窦感染合并脐尿管结石的病例。临床和影像学特征诊断明确。抗生素治疗后，进行了手术切除，术后好转出院。
Abstract: Urethral abnormalities are not common in the adult population and are difficult to diagnose. Cases of urachal sinus are rarely reported, and unless complications occur, they are usually asymptomatic and most likely infectious. The clinical manifestations of infected urachal sinus include purulent umbilical discharge, abdominal pain, and periumbilical mass. We report a case of an adult male with urachal sinus infection and concomitant urachal calculi. Clear diagnosis based on clinical and imaging features. After antibiotic treatment, surgical resection was performed and the patient improved and was discharged from the hospital.
