突发事件下地铁配送物资问题的研究
Research on Metro Distribution of Supplies during Emergencies
摘要: 针对突发事件下地铁配送物资问题,提出了一个选址和路径优化模型,旨在提高地铁配送时效和需求满足率。首先,采用改进的熵权TOPSIS方法和最大覆盖模型,解决候选轴点和辐点选址问题;其次,以总配送时间和需求满足率为双目标构建选址和路径优化模型;然后,运用第三代非支配排序遗传算法对模型进行求解;最后,以上海城市中心区域为研究目标,优化了突发事件下上海地铁配送物资时效和满足率问题。通过敏感性分析可知,不同的轴点参数对地铁配送效率的影响。
Abstract: In response to the issue of metro distribution of supplies during emergencies, a location and route optimization model is proposed to enhance distribution efficiency and demand satisfaction rates. First, an improved entropy-weighted TOPSIS method and a maximum coverage model are employed to address the selection of candidate hub and spoke points. Second, a dual-objective optimization model is developed with total distribution time and demand satisfaction rate as the objectives. Third, the model is solved using the third-generation non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-III). Finally, Shanghai’s central urban area is used as the case study, optimizing distribution efficiency and satisfaction rates for emergency supply delivery through the metro system. Sensitivity analysis reveals the impact of different hub point parameters on metro distribution efficiency.
