毕业生职业发展与培养方案达成关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Career Development and Training Program Achievement of Graduates

摘要: 本研究旨在深入分析洛阳理工学院物联网工程专业毕业生的职业发展状况，并评估专业培养方案的实施效果。通过问卷调查，收集了毕业生的基本信息、就业状况、职业发展及对专业培养目标的认同度等多维度数据。研究发现，毕业生在就业和职业发展方面表现良好，大多数毕业生对专业培养目标持认同态度。研究结果为学校提供了优化人才培养方案的有益依据。

Abstract: This research is dedicated to an in-depth analysis of the career development status of graduates from the Internet of Things (IoT) Engineering program at Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology, and to assess the effectiveness of the professional training scheme. By conducting a questionnaire survey, we have gathered multi-dimensional data including basic information of the graduates, their employment status, career progression, and their agreement with the professional training achievement level. The findings indicate that the graduates have shown positive performance in employment and career development, with the majority expressing agreement with the objectives of their professional training. The outcomes of this research offer valuable insights for the school to refine its talent cultivation plans.
