卷烟机设备搬迁工具的研制
Development of Relocation Tools for Cigarette Machine Equipment
摘要: 玉溪卷烟厂技术改造项目涉及卷包车间卷接设备搬迁工作,以往方案使用叉车搬迁卷烟机设备。受限于设备底座高度,需使用人工撬杠将设备抬升一定高度后再进行叉车运输。然而,使用撬杠抬升设备具有以下不足:一是需要大量的工作人员才能完成对设备的移动;二是设备存在侧翻危险,具有一定的安全隐患;三是有些地方运输通道狭窄,叉车无法进入,需要工作人员用撬杠移动设备到较远的位置,影响搬迁进程。为此,工厂需要一种实用可靠的卷接设备搬迁工具,减少施工人员的同时,能减少耗时,降低风险,进而能够更安全、更高效地完成设备的起重和搬运。本搬迁工具拥有结构简单,操作安全省力,运用广泛等优点。
Abstract: The technological renovation project at Yuxi Cigarette Factory involves the relocation of cigarette packaging and connecting equipment. Previously, forklifts were employed to relocate cigarette machine equipment. Due to the height limitations of the equipment base, manual pry bars were required to elevate the equipment to a certain height before transportation via forklifts. Moreover, the use of manual pry bars to elevate the equipment presents the following shortcomings: 1) A substantial number of workers are required to move the equipment; 2) There is a risk of the equipment toppling over, which poses significant safety hazards. 3) In some confined spaces, forklifts cannot approach, necessitating the use of pry bars by workers to move the cigarette equipment to distant locations, significantly hindering the relocation progress. Therefore, there is a need for a new type of relocation tool for cigarette packaging and connecting equipment to reduce the number of workers, lower safety risks, decrease relocation time, and facilitate more efficient and safer lifting and transportation of the equipment. This relocation tool features a simple structure, safe and labor-saving operation, and broad applicability.
