基于三焦辨证探讨急性期湿热型特应性皮炎的分型及论治

摘要: 特应性皮炎是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病，近年来发病率增高，逐渐发展成皮肤科常见病之一。中医学认为湿邪为特应性皮炎发病的核心，而急性期特应性皮炎多与湿热邪气相关。本文将基于《温病条辨》针对湿热病的治疗原则，以三焦辨证为纲要，分析探讨急性期湿热型特应性皮炎的证候与治疗，以期为中医药治疗特应性皮炎提供新的治疗思路。
Abstract: Atopic dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent and inflammatory skin disease. In recent years, the incidence has increased and gradually developed into one of the common dermatological diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the core of the onset of atopic dermatitis lies in dampness. Acute atopic dermatitis is mostly related to dampness and heat. This article will be based on the Treatment of Humid Fever Disease. Taking the three-focus syndrome differentiation as the outline, the syndrome and treatment of acute humid-heat atopic dermatitis are analyzed and discussed, in order to provide new treatment ideas for the treatment of atopic dermatitis with traditional Chinese medicine.
