摘要: 随着数字技术的飞速发展，互联网等新技术不仅改变了人们的生产方式和生活方式，也对人们的思维方式和价值观念产生了深刻影响。在老龄化社会背景下，老年人孤独感问题日益凸显，已经成为老年群体较为突出的心理健康问题和影响老年人生活质量和社会福祉的重要因素。本文对老年人孤独感的现状及其成因进行了分析并探讨了数字技术在纾解老年人孤独感中的效用及其内在机制，为有效应对人口老龄化挑战、促进老年人心理健康与社会融入提供坚实的理论支撑与实践指南。

Abstract: With the rapid development of digital technology, new technologies such as the Internet have not only changed people’s production methods and lifestyles, but also had a profound impact on people’s ways of thinking and values. In the context of an aging society, the loneliness of the elderly has become increasingly prominent, which has become a prominent mental health problem for the elderly and an important factor affecting the quality of life and social well-being of the elderly. This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of loneliness in the elderly, and discusses the utility and internal mechanism of digital technology in alleviating loneliness in the elderly, so as to provide solid theoretical support and practical guidance for effectively coping with the challenges of population aging and promoting the mental health and social integration of the elderly.
