特殊CT表现肺癌的研究进展

摘要: 肺癌是全球发病率最高的癌症之一,严重威胁人们的生命健康,CT在筛查与诊断肺癌中具有很高的价值,但部分特殊影像学表现的肺癌仍有很高的误诊率与漏诊率。因此影像科医师需要熟悉此类肺癌的CT表现并进行疾病鉴别。本文简要介绍了低剂量CT早期肺癌筛查的价值,并对部分特殊CT表现的肺癌进行了总结,以期提高对此类肺癌的诊断准确性并改善患者预后。
Abstract: Lung cancer is one of the most common cancers in the world, which seriously threatens people’s life and health. CT has great value in screening and diagnosing lung cancer. However, some lung cancers with special imaging manifestations still have a high possibility of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis. Therefore, radiologists need to be familiar with the CT manifestations of this kind of lung cancer and differentiate these diseases. This article briefly introduces the value of CT screening for early lung cancer, and summarizes some lung cancers with special CT signs in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of lung cancer with special CT signs and improve the prognosis of patients with special CT signs.
